Strawberry tart goes well with “COSTA RICA JAGUAR HONEY BLEND”, which is characterized by its roasted nutty flavor and strawberry-like sweetness. The roasted nut-like flavor is synchronized to deepen the taste, and the strawberry flavor is brought out to a higher quality, allowing you to enjoy a fruity taste.
ジャガーはマヤ・アステカ文明では神格化され崇拝されていました。しかし近年では森林伐採などで生息地域が減少し、ジャガーは絶滅危惧種となっています。
「ジャガーコーヒー」は売上の一部がFUNDAZOOのジャガー保護プロジェクトに寄付されます。
FUNDAZOOはコスタリカの環境保護団体で、ジャガーをはじめとする野生生物と自然環境の保護活動を行っています。
「ハニー」は「ハニープロセス」というコーヒー豆の精選方法のことです。収穫したコーヒーの実の皮を剥ぎ、果肉・ミューシレージが残った状態で乾燥させる方法です。諸説ありますが、果肉・ミューシレージは甘く粘り気がある事からハニーと言われています。
Jaguar was deified and worshiped in the Maya Aztec civilization. However, in recent years, the habitat has decreased due to deforestation, and jaguars have become an endangered species.
A portion of the sales of "Jaguar Coffee" will be donated to FUNDAZOO's Jaguar Conservation Project.
FUNDAZOO is an environmental protection organization in Costa Rica that protects jaguars and other wildlife and the natural environment.
"Honey" is a method of selecting coffee beans called "honey process". This is a method of peeling the fruit of the harvested coffee and drying it with the pulp and mucilage remaining. There are various theories, but the pulp and mucilage are said to be honey because they are sweet and sticky.
